The reception staff were friendly, but I'm not staying here again. The restroom door had tape on it. It's ridiculous that they couldn't even fix it properly.

This past weekend, Saturday, November 16th, I came to Guadalajara for a festival after booking a room at the Suites two months ahead. At the desk, they said my reservation didn't exist. I showed it on my phone, but they still couldn't resolve anything and told me to look for a room at another hotel. The receptionist, Xochitl, said the hotel's phone numbers were fake. I later saw advertising cards at that same desk with those numbers on them. She then said the numbers no longer worked and there was no way to contact the hotel by phone, only by email. Despite the terrible reviews I'd read, I'd made the reservation in advance, and then found out the room had been given to someone else. Terrible experience.

There are no elevators or ramps, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're coming with a baby, crutches, or a wheelchair. The staff were very attentive, but during my four days and three nights, they never cleaned my room.

Terrible service. I booked through Expedia about two months in advance because I wanted to make sure I'd have a place to stay, then called two weeks before the trip to confirm. They said they didn't have my reservation, so I asked to cancel in the app. Expedia said they'd tried contacting the hotel, but the hotel refused the cancellation, even though the booking problem was their mistake.
