We booked three rooms during las fiestas tequileras in Dec 2024. Later, we got a phone call from someone claiming it was the “cartel” and saying they were watching us. There was a hidden camera in one of the rooms. They tried to extort us, and this hotel was involved because they knew we were tourists. When we decided to run out that same night, the receptionist knew what was happening and just gave us a creepy smile. DO NOT BOOK ANY ROOMS IN THIS HOTEL.

The spot is lovely, right in front of the kiosk and just a few meters from the temple, with a great location if you want to go out for drinks. Each floor has free water, and the bathrooms in the rooms are really nice. Maybe the closets are the one thing I’d change. We were treated well, the family room was a good price, and staff were attentive to my questions. I didn't get to try the food, but from what I saw, it looked good. Thanks for the stay and the hospitality.

The location right on the plaza was great, but I don't think I'll stay here again after finding cockroaches in the closet and bathroom of our large first floor family room. We were really freaked out. The rooms also felt dated and unappealing overall.

From the hotel door, you're right in the energy of the square, and the rooftop is a nice place to sit and watch the zocolo. Distillery tours, tequila tastings, and good restaurants are just steps away. I've stayed in two rooms, both comfortable and nice, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Can't wait to return.

We switched to a balcony room facing the plaza and have loved it. The views are great, with plenty going on below, and tonight's breathtaking rainstorm and lightning looked spectacular from the patio. The rooms are very clean, the location is amazing, and the staff are super friendly. Definitely coming back.
