Breakfast had plenty of choice: toast, croissants, cakes, fruit juices, coffee, pineapple, several kinds of melon, strawberries, grapes, and yogurt. It was good, though the woman in the kitchenette didn't speak English and got my ham and eggs wrong, even though I said “ham” and “jamón.” In the afternoon, I also had a very good Neapolitan pizza with a glass of red wine and a Caprese salad. The staff were friendly up to a point. I reported that cold water barely trickled from both the sink and shower. When I came back, they'd put another card in the slot, switched on the air conditioning, and added two bottles of cold water to the fridge, but hadn't touched the water settings. Towel replacement was similarly hit or miss: once they replaced a large towel, another time a smaller one. There were also misunderstandings about paying the room bill and breakfast tips. The room was spacious and clean, with a large, fairly firm bed. The synthetic pillows made me sweat. Electricity and air conditioning worked only when the key card was in its slot. The bathroom had almost no cold water: with the tap set to cold, it barely trickled from either the sink or shower. The room had a small desk, armchair, coffee table, TV, safe, capsule coffee maker, and mini-fridge. Internet speed was decent, around 150/150 Mbps download and upload. The hotel and rooms stayed around 25 °C. I had to run the AC to get the temperature comfortable, but it stopped when I left the room. If I switched it off before bed, the heat woke me during the night. The windows can't be opened. The hotel is on a main road, far from the city center, and the location isn't anything special.
