We've stayed at City Centro for the third year now, and it has made us loyal guests for good. My partner and I felt right at home in this beautiful architectural masterpiece. The hallways and every corner have so much beauty and elegance. The views are stunning, and the hotel is right in the center of everything. The warm service made a big difference too. Fernando and Alejandro welcomed us at check-in, Alonso gave us restaurant recommendations that were right on, and Angelina looked after us so attentively at the restaurant. Veronica's tips helped us discover San Luis, and I'm very grateful to manager Rosaura for building such a fantastic team.

My mom uses a scooter, and the hotel's accessibility made our stay easy. City Centro by Marriott San Luis Potosí also has a delicious breakfast buffet and a great location, within walking distance of Centro Histórico and the cathedral. A comfortable hotel that I'd highly recommend for accessibility and location.

We had lunch at the restaurant, and it was delicious. The staff were so attentive and friendly, and the balcony views were stunning. The building and room were well maintained, everything was very clean, and the ambiance felt beautiful and relaxing. I stayed at City Centro by Marriott San Luis Potosí for 2 nights. Check-in was quick and easy, and I had a wonderful time. Everything was amazing, and I'll definitely be back soon!

The king-size bed was comfortable, the air conditioner kept us comfortable, and the shower was better than the ones we've had in Airbnb stays. We also used the rooftop pool, which was one reason we booked. The gym was modest, but had enough free weights for me to get in a 30 minute workout. We chose the hotel for a change from Airbnb's. Check-in was easy, and the woman at the front desk was helpful. She said the hotel was less than 30% full and tried to recommend a restaurant, though we couldn't find it. We thanked her for trying, and didn't mention how bad our sense of direction was. It was a great stay, and if we're back in San Luis potosi, we'd definitely stay here again. 😊

We had a great stay. Staff across all positions and shifts were very friendly and patient when chatting with us. Some spoke English, while others used google translate or showed us around when we needed help.
