My room had a spectacular view, and Fundacion Mendoza Barbosa was within walking distance. The area felt safe, the customer service was great, and the room was clean.

From the rooftop balcony, which all guests can access, you get great views of the mountains around San Luis. The facilities are basic, but they're there. The fitness center has just one treadmill, though there's a sports club a block away. The rooms are comfortable, but the hallways don't feel very welcoming.

The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, with shops and nightlife nearby. There’s a full restaurant, bar, room service, and business center, plus a small gym on site and a health club and golf course nearby. Service staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. A good hotel for business travelers.

At 9 a.m. there was no water, and the sink drained incredibly slowly. The curtains were crooked, letting all the sunlight in. The hotel advertises massage services, but you have to make an appointment so people can come out at their convenience. I opened a new business here in SLP, and this is its first sales weekend. This place is the worst and definitely not worth the money. Don't waste yours, go somewhere else. Maybe the $40 deal would make it worth it.
