The location is very good, and I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve. I don't expect luxuries, but there are a lot of maintenance issues. The service was terrible: the girl working there didn't even know how to greet us, and the two guys weren't even good enough to send for a Coke. Hygiene is questionable too. For the quality and service, it feels expensive, though I'm not asking them to lower the price. They need to raise the quality, which would take more commitment than money. I mean this in the hope of helping, and I'm sorry if it offends the owner, who seems like a good person.

The hotel is in a good spot, about 10 minutes from the Huicihuayan spring and 35 minutes from Xilitla. But the beds are very hard, the water is cold, and there's a shortage of staff. There's never anyone at reception, and the parking lot is dark. For what it offers, the prices seem a bit high compared with other options. With its location, I think it could use better organization and promotion.
