The place was horrible. The room was old and outdated, and the AC didn’t work. We had to switch rooms because of it, but neither room had a working unit. The staff weren’t courteous or friendly. Don’t stay there.

If you’re visiting Torreón on a budget, this place is great for the money. The service is super kind, and they offer continental breakfast until 10 a.m. It’s also very close to the bus station, making it a good hotel for budget travelers.
