I've been coming here for a few years, but this year left me disappointed. They used to include parking at a nearby structure, but that has stopped. Now you have to park on the street or pay for parking yourself. They also give you a small breakfast for free, then charge an extra 100 pesos per person for the full spread. What happened to this hotel?

The rooms were great, with large bathrooms, comfortable beds, and great AC. Service was excellent, and the location is right in the center. There's a guarded parking garage one block away, and parking is included. We'll definitely be back!

It's Ramada by Wyndham now. Our beds were nice, and the staff were helpful and pleasant, but the room smelled musty. A leak from the air conditioner soaked the clothes in our suitcase.

The worst experience in Tampico. Reception was so slow, and I couldn't get online because the person there forgot to give me the WiFi ticket. My reservation included breakfast, but they still hadn't given me the breakfast tickets by the second day. When I finally asked about them, staff talked about me behind my back and called me "Chino." Using a racist word for a customer like that is unacceptable. Avoid this hotel!

Some of the rooms don't get any sunlight, and the menu dishes can be hit or miss. Still, it's not a bad hotel.
