I raised my concerns with reception and submitted a written complaint. The hotel should act quickly to improve. For a place positioned as high end business class, it didn't meet the standards I'd expect: breakfast was disappointing, basic items like a shaving kit and toothbrush weren't provided, and the room didn't look up to standard.

We needed somewhere to stop before nightfall after crossing the US border, and had a really hard time finding a pet friendly hotel in the area. We were nearly forced to keep going, so we were grateful to find this place and wanted other travelers to know it accepts pets. The room was great, service was awesome, and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend for an overnight stay if you need a pet friendly hotel.

The bathroom sign says you can drink the tap water, but you can't. The AC is extremely loud and cycles on and off every five minutes, swinging from freezing to hot as hell.

The staff are somewhat good, and it's fine for a quick two day stay. Ask for a discount, because I don't think it's worth more than $60 a night.
