The location is excellent, the price is reasonable, and rooms are always available. But they need to train the reception staff and do a better job cleaning the rooms. There's never any internet, and there isn't a restaurant.

The bed was comfortable, but the price felt high for the service, and the woman at the desk wasn't very nice. In the first room I was given, there was no Wi-Fi and they wouldn't move me. A man helped me get it working through the system an hour later. Then the room lost power at night, so another staff member kindly switched me to a different one. Unfortunately, neither the TV cable nor the Wi-Fi worked in that room. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rooms, beds, air conditioning, bathrooms, and staff service were all excellent. The hotel is right beside the immigration office, so the area outside is full of very noisy immigrants. I've stayed twice, in February and August, and there was no hot water on either stay.
