The room was clean and roomy, with a refrigerator, extra sink, fan, and air conditioning. The staff were pleasant, and the hotel itself is nice for the price. I also felt safe because the parking area is enclosed and locked. Still, I was disappointed with a couple of things. I booked a King Executive Suite through Hotwire in October 2017 for our arrival on March 29, 2018, but was told they couldn't guarantee that room because I hadn't prepaid. The reservation never said prepayment was needed. If I'd known, I would have paid ahead. My husband is 6'4", so a regular double bed only just works for us, and they couldn't honor the room we booked. The airport transport description said to tell them if we needed a ride and at what time. That sounded like a free hotel shuttle, but they actually call a taxi that you have to pay for. I don't mind paying for a cab, but the description should make that clear.

It's easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants, though a taxi is usually the better choice, especially at night. The hotel has secure parking, and the staff are excellent and always willing to help. The rooms are great too.

The rooms are nice, but I didn't feel secure here. At 1:00 a.m. a stranger came into my room, and nobody did anything. The doors don't lock on their own, either. You have to use the key from inside, which is very concerning. Ask the front desk to look at the cameras. How are you supposed to rest when there's no security?
