When my wife and I arrived, the main gate was wide open and unsecured, with nobody in sight. There was no lighting, no receptionist, and no one in the office. Customers' information was left out in front of the check-in desk where I could have taken anything. The whole place looked literally abandoned, like something out of a horror movie. We left and went to "El Dorado" hotel, about five minutes away. We've been going there for almost three years, maybe longer, and have never had issues. The rooms are spacious, clean, and great, with good customer service, fair prices, friendly staff, and secure parking. We had a super awesome stay there. I highly recommend it, an A plus. Avoid the first place. It isn't worth it and should be torn down.

We'd just driven from Los Angeles and needed somewhere quiet. At check-in, we were told there would be a loud party on the hotel's ground floor, with lots of people. We tried to cancel at the front desk, but were told we'd have to pay a 20% cancellation charge. Absolutely horrendous experience. We'll never come back.

I paid for a reservation after booking a room by phone on 1/28/2023. They sent a payment link by text, and I paid before arriving. But when my family and I got to the hotel, there was nobody at reception or anywhere else to give us a room or help. The place looked deserted and sketchy. We never got a room, and my money wasn't returned. I feel totally scammed. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

The villa was nice, and the rooms were a good size. It's a bit outside the city, with nothing within walking distance. The bed was small and not very comfortable, but it was alright.
