We had four rooms, and none of them were cleaned to a decent standard. The sheets felt rough and weren’t as clean as expected, the rooms smelled musty, and there were tiny ants in the beds that kept coming back. Check-in took a long time too. This was easily one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at. Stay away, it’s so nasty.
We stayed a little over a week and absolutely loved it. The staff were super friendly, especially the cleaning staff. The food at the restaurant was good, and there’s a pool, parking, and swings for the kids. A storm a few nights before checkout caused some plumbing trouble, but it was out of their control and they were on top of getting it fixed. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back.
I’m used to high end stays in big cities, but this humble hotel was clean and chic. Blanca at the front desk was amazing and made my stay one of the best.
The gardens and ponds were beautiful, and the scenery was great. The food was excellent, and the staff were attentive to my needs.
The rooms were very clean, and the place was beautiful, though expensive. The kids loved it, and we had a really amazing experience.
