After the cartel unrest while we were in Sayulita, my friend and I were stuck there. The hotel staff found us a room at the last minute and made sure we felt safe and secure. The facilities are beautiful and relaxing, and everyone was so kind. So far we’ve met Ama, Daniel, and Davide, and they’ve all been warm, polite, and friendly. We feel very fortunate to have ended up here after a few uncertain days. Thank you, we’ll definitely come back!

The staff were very friendly, and the location was quiet at night. The rooms need better upkeep, though: there was peeling paint, mold in the showers, and a broken bathroom mirror. Breakfast was included and tasted good, but the choice was limited to three items. Fine for a short visit, but I think it would get old quickly on a longer stay.

We had a delicious breakfast by the pool, and the staff were all warm and friendly. The rooms are enormous, and the bed was so comfortable. Such a beautiful hotel. We’ll definitely be back. 10/10.

The complimentary breakfast chef clearly takes pride in his work, and the attention to detail has impressed us. We’re finding the stay peaceful and relaxing. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is amazing, and the staff are friendly and supportive. We’re loving our time here, and I highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone who likes to be spoiled on vacation.

Daniel deserves a special mention. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made the stay feel personal and easy, and I felt very well looked after. I also loved the delicious breakfast served by the pool. A 10-minute walk from the busy town center, Avela Boutique Hotel lets you enjoy Sayulita and then come back to real peace and quiet. My nights were incredibly restful, with no party noise, which I really appreciated. It’s a calm, beautiful, thoughtfully run boutique hotel, and I’d absolutely stay again.
