The bedrooms were incredibly small, cleanliness was nonexistent, the air conditioning never worked, and the buffet food was bad. We canceled our stay and went to City Express instead. We also heard there'd been a problem with a housekeeper stealing from a guest. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's clean and quaint, with great service and restaurant food that's a 10, freshly cooked to order. One of the best places to stay. They do need better wheelchair access.

For this price, it's the best hotel I've stayed at so far in my travels around Mexico. The staff are extremely accommodating, many speak English, and the room service, housekeeping, and AC were phenomenal. A special shout-out to Carlos at the bar/restaurant. He was a fantastic host, made awesome margaritas, and is a great guy. I'd definitely recommend it to travelers looking for a high-quality stay at an affordable price.

The staff at the hotel and restaurant were nice and attentive, and the bathrooms were clean. The food needs work, though. The meat was the worst I've ever come across in Mexico. Aside from that, the hotel was good.

The room was cozy and very clean, and the gardens were nice. The pool looked inviting. For the price, it was okay, though the restaurant food could be better. The bed wasn't soft, and a little fridge in the room made engine noises all night, along with noise from the air conditioners.
