When our flight was cancelled, the hotel managed to extend our stay, which was a huge help. I'd definitely come back. It's a beautiful boutique hotel with large, comfortable rooms, and the staff kept checking that everything was okay. We also had turndown service. The bar has great drinks, and you can take one up to the rooftop to enjoy the weather and view. The restaurant food is quite good, and there are plenty of other dining options nearby.

We arrived to welcome drinks and a lovely, spacious suite. The staff were kind and attentive, and the location is in a fantastic area. It feels much more like a five star hotel. We'll definitely return.

It was fine apart from the room. Mine, room 306, had no windows and felt cramped and dark. My friend and I paid the same price, but her room was gorgeous, with more space, two huge windows, and natural light. Room 306 should cost less compared with the others. The location was good.

The food at The Wild Oscar was the best I had in Mexico, and the team made the stay memorable. Chef Erika, Jessica, Gerardo, and everyone at the front desk went above and beyond. It's a fabulous boutique hotel in the heart of Polanco, in a quiet, beautiful spot close to great restaurants, cafés, and boutiques. I can't wait to return.

Our stay was spoiled by the noise in room 108. The hotel says the street side rooms are soundproof, but that simply wasn't true, and we couldn't fall asleep. The room still hadn't been cleaned by 3:45 pm, so we couldn't use it when we got back for the day.
