I paid for three nights in total, once in cash and twice by card, but the hotel refused to refund the extra charges even though I showed them the receipts and transactions. They kept insisting I hadn't paid, and wouldn't review the cameras or the transactions when I asked. This started when they said card payments weren't working and charged me in cash. They gave me a receipt, then said they had no change and would bring it to my room later. They did bring it, but the next day the front desk called to say they'd given me the wrong change. I went back and they took the change back. Later that day, my card was charged twice. I was overcharged, had proof, and still didn't get a refund. The customer service was bad, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The owners are very friendly, and the staff are courteous and welcoming too. It's a nice family-friendly place to rest, and the price isn't out of orbit.

My room was old, the beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was dirty. It looked nothing like the pictures, and I expected more from a 4-star hotel. I don't recommend it.

The bed was comfortable, but there was no hot water when I showered and the Wi-Fi didn't work.

A local friend recommended it. The amenities are good for the price, and being downtown is a real plus. It was clean, too.
