Hotel Primavera

Hot water was available all day, and the service was excellent. I'd definitely recommend it!

We felt safe here, and there was plenty of parking. The staff were attentive and very friendly, too. The only thing I wasn't keen on was how firm the mattresses were. Still, a good spot to rest, and I'll be back soon.

The room was clean and the price was very affordable. I booked one room for two people, with a double bed. It's close to the center, and there's parking. The staff were attentive and even offered hot air balloon rides. The one drawback was that there was no hot water.

Being so close to the best of Teotihuacan was a big plus, and the price was very affordable. I booked Hotel Primavera for March 2022 after hesitating over the bad reviews, but I think those were old. The service was wonderful. It's a family-run place, and everyone was friendly and flexible. We had booked just one night, but they let us leave our luggage in the room the next day until late afternoon or evening at no extra charge. Then we chose to stay another night, and they moved us to a ground-floor room for convenience. They provided clean towels, hot water, bottled water, room keys, and free parking on the property. The beds weren't anything special, but they were fine, and we slept comfortably and warmly. In my opinion, it's a great choice if you want convenience, friendliness, and flexibility on a budget.
