The room we stayed in was cozy, tidy, and very clean. We spent a few days in Teotihuacan at this wonderful hotel. The night staff were so friendly, especially Gerad, who helped us a lot and gave us great recommendations.

The room was a good size, and both it and the pool were clean. My GF loved the balcony. The bed was really hard, though, and the old-fashioned toilet had exposed pipes and a loud, long flush. Reception wasn't very friendly to me. Loud 50s US music played in the pool area all day, which otherwise could have been peaceful, and the bathroom fan was loud with no way to switch it off.

We arrived close to midnight, starving, after the kitchen had closed. The manager called a place in town and arranged to have food delivered to our room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. My girlfriend also took part in a fire ritual, which came out of nowhere and was an amazing surprise. This place is awesome, and I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.
