The location is excellent, but the property badly needs maintenance. On the first day we waited almost two hours for hot water. They use old storage water heaters exposed to the elements. The bathrooms were dirty and humid, all the showers were clogged, and water leaked everywhere except down the drain. The floor drains were clogged too, and the staircase was very steep and uncomfortable.

We had a quiet, very clean stay with a fantastic view of the Peña de Bernal. The location was excellent, and the staff were so friendly. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The water stayed cold, and the shower drain was clogged. It never got hot. At checkout the receptionist was rude, and he was arrogant when I asked him to move his motorcycle. Then someone let air out of one of my tires and siphoned gas from my truck. They must have thought I wouldn’t notice. The service was awful. Be careful!

The only thing I didn’t like was the price change. We booked through Booking.com for around 890 pesos, but when we paid at reception it had gone up to 1200. Otherwise, it was a really comfortable stay. The place looks just like the pictures, super clean, beautiful, rustic, and cozy. The staff were attentive, and it’s just steps from the center. There’s no dedicated parking, though they let us park our motorcycle, and we saw four cars there. Good to keep in mind. I honestly don’t understand why its reviews aren’t higher. It’s a very nice place.

The room and bathroom were tiny, and the access stairs were extremely steep. At least the location was good and the room was quiet.
