We weren't told at the front desk that we had to check in our ticket before driving off the property. Inconvenient.

The rooms were very nice, the facilities were great, and the view was good. The hotel is right in the heart of the plaza called "Forum." Still, at $64 a night, they could at least include a continental breakfast instead of charging an extra $222 pesos per person. They don't tell you about that when you check in, which really wasn't cool. There are nicer hotels at the same level for $39-$50 that include breakfast. We stayed here the first night, then moved to executive inn because it was much cheaper. Hope this is useful, and enjoy your stay. X..... El Gordito de Ensenada

The hotel was clean, and the cleaning staff were very attentive, but the other staff weren't helpful. There was no coffee for the machine, just an ironing board without an iron, and no shuttle despite it being advertised. The restaurant food was bland and didn't look appealing either.

The buffet was the one thing I liked about the hotel. It was well stocked with tasty Mexican food, fruit, juices, eggs made to order, and delicious bread. The service was first class. Compliments to the chef!

I really like staying here because it's in the mall, with plenty to eat, see, and shop for. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfy, and it stayed pretty quiet even with the mall next door.
