The breakfast was fantastic, a traditional Mexican buffet with chilaquiles, frijoles, eggs, fresh fruit, and orange juice. Room service was fairly quick and reasonably priced, and the rooms were comfortable with good water pressure. The Wi-Fi was a little weak, though. There is a tiny but usable gym, with dumbbells only up to 30lbs. A few issues came up at the start, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and sorted them out almost right away. We stayed three nights and would absolutely return, 10/10.

I had a wonderful six-day stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient, from the front desk to housekeeping and the breakfast team. They kept checking that I had what I needed and was happy. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone reading this.

The team here are just wonderful, from the front desk to the women working the breakfast buffet on the first floor. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. My favorite place to stay whenever I visit Tepic, Nayarit 💜

We had a good stay and would come back. The room was clean, though the bed felt a bit lumpy and we made do. Breakfast was included and very good, and the service was great. The hotel is right in the city center plaza, across from the Cathedral.
