I have good memories of this clean, family-run hotel. It's a few blocks from downtown Topic. Parking might be tricky, but the place is definitely worth visiting.

The room was hard to rest in, especially with that bed creaking loudly whenever I sat on the side by the TV. We came for work, but the room was musty and poorly ventilated, and the bath door wouldn't shut properly. Hot water took three hours to come on, right when you want to relax. The towels were so worn they were nearly see-through and barely dried anything. They gave us only three small bottles of water, had no room bar service, and didn't offer laundry. The man checking us in didn't seem to know the prices. For what it costs, it really isn't that cheap, and the place looks better in the Maps photos.

The staff are friendly, and the hotel is on the main avenue close to downtown. Even though it's near the road, traffic noise wasn't an issue. Rooms are comfortable, with cable TV and air conditioning, and the price is reasonable for an overnight stop or a place to rest while passing through. There's no cafe or restaurant, though. Cleanliness could be better in both the rooms and the rest of the hotel, since the small staff doesn't seem to get everything properly clean.
