The receptionist was rude and really unprofessional when we arrived. We were also charged about $100 for cleaning, but when we came back for another night, the beds hadn't even been made. We had to make our own bed and clean the room ourselves, even though we'd paid for a service that wasn't done. Our stay was uncomfortable and a really bad experience, unlike anything we'd had before. Don't stay here if you don't want to be treated badly.

They honor Huichol culture and art, which makes this a nice hotel. Service was friendly, and the Mexican breakfast buffet tasted good.

The pool area is clean and relaxing, and the restaurant is nice with good food. The A/C works great. Bedrooms are okay, though getting into the tub could be hard if you have mobility issues. It’s about 15 minutes from bars and casinos and also close to the airport.

The staff weren't very friendly, and the room phone was disconnected, so we had to walk all the way to reception whenever we needed something. They also made us go back for an ID just to get extra towels. It was horrible.

The rooms are acceptable, though they could be better and are being remodeled because they need it. Customer service was not very effective, especially in the afternoon and evening. Prices felt right for what you get. I love this hotel, from the pool area and lobby to the restaurant's delicious daily buffet. The bar also serves all kinds of well-prepared cocktails. One of the best hotels in Tepic, and I highly recommend it.
