The staff were great, and the hotel sits in a lovely spot for a very low price. Still, I wouldn't suggest the Mini Colibrí rooms to anyone who's particular about their room. The bathroom is separate and up three flights of stairs, and the divider between the two rooms of this type is so thin that you can hear the neighbors clearly. There was also something on the floor that looked like blood, and it wasn't mine. For a little more money, I'd choose one of the other rooms.

We had a twin room with our own bathroom, and the whole place was very clean with good facilities. The garden is lovely and well cared for. Laticia made us feel welcome and was keen to help with anything. It was a delightful stay, warm and friendly, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The garden feels like a dream, and the atmosphere and people were so nice. Everything was easy, clean, and relaxing. The city center and market are about a 5-10 minute walk away. Thanks so much :)

We couldn't get our van up to the door, so we didn't stay, but the lady was incredibly kind and helpful. She held our luggage while we searched for parking for a last-minute reservation. That customer service was a real bright spot.

Our morning tour ran longer than planned, but the attentive staff saved our breakfast and warmed it up when we returned. The house and garden are beautiful.
