The room was modern, clean, nicely finished, and had a great view. The location involves a fairly steep hill, though that's true of much of Tepoz, and the windy metal stairs would make it hard to bring up a big suitcase. There was only about three-quarters of a toilet paper roll. Also, construction machinery for the highway rattled away all night.

The rooms were comfortable, and the price was the cheapest.

We only came to spend the night with family, and it was really nice. For the room and the price, I felt it was good value, and the man stayed attentive and kept in touch with us. The room itself is simple, and the hotel's name is different. The stairs are the one thing that could be replaced, though I still thought the room was worth what we paid.

It's a very quiet guesthouse, but remember it's cash only. The spiral staircase can be awkward, so have someone carry your bags up. If you can, book an upstairs room for the view.
