The place was really dirty and nothing like the photos. For what you get, it felt pricey. We understood the pool might be cold in winter, but not having hot water for a shower was unacceptable. Staff weren't very nice when we raised the hot water problem. Definitely won't come back.

The restaurant food is good, but the hotel itself is just fine, nothing special, and the price doesn't feel worth it. The pool isn't heated, so the water gets very cold in autumn.

We love Doñ Francisco and the staff. They always treat us like family, and it's a kid-friendly place with two pools and lovely views. Amazing hospitality and food.
