The panoramic windows and the view made this stay worth it, and the prices felt fair. We arrived at 8pm during a road trip without a reservation, hoping to stay one night, and the host found a room for us. We're grateful for the hospitality and great location. There are steep stairs inside, so it won't work for people with physical disabilities. If that's not a concern, it's a great value in Tepoztlán.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms with balconies have a beautiful view. I had called two days ahead to reserve a balcony room, then called again on the day and was assured I'd have one. When I arrived, they said a mix-up meant none were available. The alternative room didn't have the view I wanted, so I decided to find somewhere else. It's a cozy place, but they need to get better organized.

The view is just WOW! The host was so kind and friendly, and the location is excellent. The room was even cuter and cleaner than it looked on the website. Love this place.

I had a reservation, but they turned me away when I arrived because of my service dog. They understood that I need the dog to get around safely, that Mexican law prohibits denying entry for a legitimate service animal, and that my reason and paperwork were valid. Still, in the end it was, “no somos pet friendly.” 😤🤦🏼♂️

The people were really friendly, and the service was excellent. The rooms and view were nice too, and it felt like good value for the money. Be prepared to climb two floors on a small circular staircase.
