A pretty good place 🙃
I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room is tiny for 1,000 pesos a night, and despite how it appears, it's not very close to Lake Tequesquitengo. There's no privacy since people outside can see in, as one of the photos shows. My window looked out on a garbage dump. It was really hot with no fan, and there was no TV or Wi-Fi either. I'd look elsewhere.
The photos gave a very different impression. Our room was shabby and had cobwebs; I think it may have been the last one available. Even so, the price felt far too high for a place in that condition.
The woman managing the place was lovely, and her breakfasts and juices were really good. The rest of the stay with my family, booked through Airbnb, was disappointing. The room photos in the app didn't match what we were given, and the rooms looked neglected, especially the doors, windows, and bathrooms. Our bathroom clogged. We tried to sort it out but couldn't, and the alternative room they offered wasn't in good condition either. The main pool was fine, but the wading pool water was dirty and needs attention, especially for little kids. The rooms could use air conditioning, and a Wi-Fi repeater would help because the signal was weak. I can hardly see myself coming back.
