The lake view is great, and there's plenty of fun to be had around the hotel and club.

The food was awful, and I even found a cockroach on my fries. For a pretty ordinary place, the prices are too high and the service is bad.

The lagoon view and location are beautiful, and the food did taste good. That's about all that worked for us: the drinks were awful, and the facilities need maintenance. We only stayed one night, thankfully. There was no water in our room, so in the intense heat we couldn't shower or use the restroom and had to go to the pool bathrooms. It made the stay really unpleasant. We arrived for lunch and waited about an hour and a half for the food. The waitresses' service was extremely poor, though the waiters were friendly and quick.
