I've never stayed in a clean hotel this bad. The room itself was clean, and the staff were friendly enough, but the Wi-Fi didn't reach above the second floor. The bed was rock hard. Honestly, the floor was more comfortable. I might as well have robbed the Oxxo next door, since jail probably would've had a softer bed.

The room had no AC, no proper curtains, and lizards, and they added an extra bed for no reason. Getting to our fourth-floor room was a hassle too: the elevator didn't open directly onto our floor, so we had to carry three heavy suitcases up the stairs. It took nearly 20 minutes for anyone to help us, and the parking area was awful, with a bad swarm of spiders in one section. THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN IN. If I could, I'd give it zero stars.

The price, location, and quality were all right. A free airport shuttle would be helpful, if the staff understood English better. Booking it the night before didn't work for us, so we had to take a taxi.

For a Best Western so close to the airport, not having an airport shuttle all day is really disappointing. The restaurant staff were lazy and didn't seem to know much.

It's close to the airport, and the service was great. The staff were all courteous and very helpful, and the rooms were very clean. I'll definitely come back when I visit the city again.
