I slept well, and the hotel is close to downtown. The garden was lovely, and the rooms were spacious. The ceiling could use a little maintenance, basically some paint. I’d definitely stay here again.

It was so peaceful, a nice place to get away from my usual routine for a few days. The service was excellent. The food was the one possible drawback: it wasn’t that good, and it cost a little more than other nearby options. Still, you’re really paying for the place.

The restaurant food was nice, and the center is just a short walk away. The gardens and rooms were lovely, too. Staff were attentive and ready to help with whatever you needed. I’d recommend it.

I especially enjoyed seeing the peacocks. The hotel and its gardens are beautiful, and the food was good. Some of the room amenities could be better quality.

We paid a 10,000 peso deposit to hold a date while considering Hotel Villa Florencia for our wedding, but eventually chose another venue in Bernal. Getting the money back has been an absolute nightmare. The manager keeps giving us the runaround and has started screening our calls. I’m afraid they may be trying to keep our money. Be very careful doing business with Hotel Villa Florencia.
