Aqua Rio Hotel

The staff made a real difference. The security guard was especially helpful, the front desk associate made my late Saturday night arrival easy and welcoming, and everyone else I met, including housekeeping, was warm and friendly. My room was nearly pristine, which matters a lot to me. Great value for the price, and I had an excellent three-night stay over MLK weekend. I'll definitely be back.

Hotel Aqua Rio is awesome. My room was immaculate and spacious, and it really did look like the website photos. Each room has a large walk-in shower, which is great for seniors like me. The staff were outstanding, with excellent customer service. Eddie is an awesome person, so make sure you meet him. The hospitality and friendliness couldn't be better. The prices are very reasonable for the quality, and this location suits senior budgets perfectly. I've already told all my friends, and I'll definitely return!

The location is very good and felt safe. Banamex, a good bank for US Visa withdrawals, is just seconds away, along with a dollar store, an Oxxo, and a Soriana. There's also a great pizza place five minutes away, try Rhinos Pizza. The staff were pleasant and very helpful, and most businesses understand English. You can't go wrong staying here for a few nights. I highly recommend Aqua Rio. Shout out to Beto, the security guard, who goes above and beyond to make the atmosphere welcoming. The staff earned these five stars. Until next time, TJ.

The breakfast wasn't good because the fruit was old. The room also wasn't the one shown in the picture: I requested two king beds, but got two queen beds, and there was no fireplace, table, or chairs.
