From the tour, this looked like a nice place to live, either as a home or a second home depending on what you need. The construction seemed good quality, and the shared areas were well laid out and large enough for all the residents. It’s gated and has security, if that matters to you. The complex is within the Bahia Principe Residencias community. They’re also planning future phases with markets and other services and amenities inside the development. A nice option to consider, along with other Bahia project developments.

The staff were helpful without hovering. The place was nicely furnished, comfortable, and quiet. The pool area is beautiful, though it seemed extremely underused.
