Elements Tulum Boutique Hotel

We had a very good stay. The hotel is attractive and the rooms are spacious, with all the basic amenities. It’s close to supermarkets, the Tulum ruins, and the ADO bus terminal. Alfonso and Sebastian were excellent hosts, giving us helpful tips for exploring and even helping us arrange a scooty rental.

After a rough stay elsewhere in town, this hotel felt like a welcome retreat. Our room was nice, with a really comfortable bed, and the pool was enjoyable. The location worked well, close to the collectivo and easy to get around by bike, which they rent. The staff were the best part. Alfonso at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, and helped us find our best meals in Tulum.

The front desk gentleman was a sweetheart, and the accommodations were clean and good. We were only there for one night after a headache at another nearby hotel that felt more like an Airbnb. The bed had no comforter, but that was fine. The pool is small, but nice to have, and the shower had very good water pressure. Parking was full, so we left the car on the street, which was fine. No issues. Tulum felt pretty safe.

I spent a week here over winter break. The location is great, about a seven-minute walk from downtown Tulum, with pharmacies and places to eat nearby and two supermarkets right across the street. You can bike to the Mayan ruins and jaguar park. The front desk staff were courteous and informative. Rooms were basic but clean, with a fridge, safe, and TV. The hotel has three floors and no elevator.
