I stayed at Central Park when it first opened, around eight or ten years ago, and kept coming back until now. I used to think it was a really nice place. After this stay, I won't return or send clients there again. We were in PENTHOUSE D, and the apartment was nothing like the photos. It was moldy, the headboard was smoldering, the dining chairs were too filthy to sit on, and all but one balcony chair were broken. They still wanted to charge a cleaning fee. We reported the problems to Origin throughout the week. They promised help but never fixed anything, and we spent far too much time trying to reach them. The company was completely unresponsive and seemed not to care. Central Park's management was also extremely unprofessional. The manager, an Italian man, would go around shushing people he thought were too loud, whether they were at the pool, in their apartments, or on their balconies. Once, while I waited for someone inside, I left my bike out front. I was staying elsewhere but had a reservation and room there too. Management told me to move the bike inside, and I agreed to collect it later. When my taxi came, they came out again and demanded I move it right away because I was leaving. I pointed out that they'd just told me to put it there, and the manager argued with me, then yelled, “Tell that girl she can never come back here again.” I still had an active reservation. The staff are rude, the apartments aren't maintained, and I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
