A week into our stay, we changed rooms because a dryer built into the connecting wall was such a problem. Then the front desk refused to return our deposit, saying we hadn’t cleaned the room. Apparently, that meant washing the sheets and taking out the wastebasket trash. I’ve never had a hotel expect me to wash the bedding, make the bed, and leave everything ready for the next guest. What a disaster. Please avoid this place. It’s cheap for a reason, and not in a good way.

There’s no parking, so your car has to stay exposed on the street in an area that didn’t feel very safe. The breakfast was just okay, with only a couple of choices, and the noise from staff working outside the room was so loud it woke us up while breakfast was being served. Our Business Room was super tiny, cleanliness was bad, and there was no sound insulation at all. You could hear everything from everywhere. They also charged for a second guest, even though that’s normally included. My worst experience ever.

I had a comfortable stay and the rooms are great. For the price, though, I’d expect a bigger TV, and the room doors should be sealed better to block sound. Still, a good stay overall.

We held a team meeting here, and the conference room had a range of useful tools and comforts that made the visit enjoyable. The location and accommodations were excellent. I highly recommend Casa Cacho!

I booked a Master Suite after reading the Google reviews, but when I got there, the room wasn’t available.
