It's a good deal if you want an apartment and a safe place to park a car or bike. The area is quiet and secure, with two shops nearby. One is around the corner with most necessities, and OXXO is about a 9-minute walk away. The apartment has comfortable big beds, furniture and appliances, and all the kitchenware. The TVs have Roku and YouTube. The 8-litre hot water heater gets the job done, though the pressure isn't great. The floors weren't very clean when we checked in. Also, when it's cold outside, the apartment gets very cold too, and there's no room heater or A/C.

Awful!!! ❌❌ The coffee machine was full of dirt, the beds weren't comfortable, and the bathroom was the worst!!!

They were kind to me from the first day and kept checking that everything was okay. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is good. It's a safe, clean, quiet place to stay, and I highly recommend it in Tijuana!

The apartment was spotless, and we had a wonderful stay. The hospitality was exceptional, and we loved the thoughtful touches and local recommendations. It's a family-friendly place in a residential area, where people respect a healthy environment. No loud music or disruptive parties from other guests. We'd definitely come back soon.
