The hotel is great. We've stayed before and miss going back. Tijuana used to be our weekend getaway, but we rarely visit now because crossing back to San Diego can mean sitting in the car for three hours. That started after 9/11and nothing has been done about it. It's sad. If we can get across that darn border, we'll come again. The hotel is large and in a good area, with nice rooms, great room service, and an eatery we love. There are pleasant places to walk nearby, or you can take a cab. Staff are super nice and speak English. Our room was ready on time, clean, and comfortable, and they have everything you need there.

I stayed overnight because I had two medical appointments in the adjoining commercial tower and wanted to enjoy Tijuana. The room was super clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the golf course, and the staff were very friendly. I had dinner in the restaurant, then drinks at the Tower Bar, which I'd highly recommend, followed by the Lobby Bar. The food and drinks were great. This place really lives up to the name Grand. One note if you're walking back across the border into the United States: the normal line was hours long, while the SENTRI global entry pass let me walk across without waiting.

The staff are always so friendly and welcoming that I feel at home on every visit. I've stayed here about ten times, and it's still my favorite place in Tijuana. The spacious rooms have comfortable beds, and I like being able to open the windows for fresh air. The decor is beautiful, especially around the holidays when the Christmas decorations are festive and thoughtfully arranged. There are several restaurants and places for drinks, so it's easy to find something for your mood, from a quiet cocktail to a full meal. The comfort and convenient location keep bringing me back, whether I'm here for work or leisure. It's my first choice every time I'm in town.

The hot bath water and excellent bedding made the room even more comfortable. After a week here, I'm happy with my stay. The hotel is kept extremely clean, and all the staff, from bell boys to room service and housekeeping, were incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone smiled and made sure I was comfortable. There's a lot to explore and do around the hotel, and I'd recommend staying here in Tijuana.

We've stayed at several hotels in TJ, and this one's a winner. It's in a safe, clean neighborhood with a number of top-notch restaurants nearby. The facilities are extensive and service is professional. The rooms are a little dated, but quiet, comfortable, and clean. One of our rooms hadn't been cleaned at check-in, but they sorted it out promptly and courteously.
