The room was spotless and the AC kept it nice and cold, even with temperatures outside above 100 degrees. There was also a huge flat screen TV, about 50 inches. Check-in was easy, and someone walked me to my room, which was a nice touch. They said they could bring things from the store if I needed anything without leaving my room. That sounded great, though I didn't try it. I'll stay here again.

At the time I wrote this in 2019, the hotel was only a few years old. It was very clean, air conditioned, and felt safe. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast felt like eating at a restaurant. There aren't many tables, so there can be a short wait, but they do get to you and it's worth it. The stay exceeded what I expected, so I'm giving it five stars.

The main drawback is the noise. You can hear people in other rooms talking or watching TV, so keep that in mind if it bothers you.

We spent four nights here with our two little kids. The hotel was really clean, and the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. There was a smart TV in the room, which was a plus. Breakfast was SO GOOD. We're at another hotel in Tijuana now, and I wish we were back at HT Ole!!!

The room was updated and very clean, the one good thing about our stay. The place had no views and felt like an apartment complex, and the parking was tight. It also wasn't easy to find. There were more than two dozen men staying there and walking around while we were there, and something seemed to be going on. The two younger receptionists, a man and a woman, were rude and unfriendly. I won't stay here again.
