Cheap, clean, and safe, with the HK, shops, and food just a block away. A good pick if you're single or spending the night with your buddies.

I ended up with a horrible toenail infection after staying here. It won't go away, and my toenails turn black and fall off. Avoid the showers, or wear sandals if you have to use them. Get a receipt for your deposit every time. Apparently, they run the Hacienda up the street.

I paid 500 pesos for the room and left a 50 peso deposit. I never even showered, but when I was leaving, they showed me a dirty towel and said I'd made it dirty. I explained that I hadn't used it and asked how we could sort it out. They still tried to make me pay 100 pesos. The money wasn't really the point. Being blamed for something I didn't do made me feel awful and angry, and it was a disgusting way to start my day.

There was mold on the ceiling, and the room barely got cleaned while we were there. At checkout, they said our deposit wasn't on record, even though we'd left the room in perfect condition. The guy at the front desk hadn't written it down, so we got none of the deposit back.

Bad service and bad Wi-Fi, and they won't refund you. Pay by the day if you want to stay. When it's busy, they won't switch rooms. I'm all the way up two stories, too. I've gone back and forth five times, and I've only been here six hours.
