My room had cockroaches everywhere, and Stephanie didn't offer to help. She wanted more money to give me a different room. The hotel's website photos don't show what the place really looks like.

The location is right in the middle of everything, so it's easy to walk wherever you need to go. You can book by the night or in four hour blocks. The motion activated lights in the shared areas turn off after a few seconds, which is a nice green feature. But hot water takes ages, wasting water, so they ought to install instant hot water or replace the heater. The room outlets and USB ports didn't work, so bring an extension cord. The TV was hard to control, and instructions would help. There are bugs and cockroaches, so watch for them at night. Food and drinks aren't included, though you can buy soda or snacks.

It's clean and quiet, though the woman working in the lobby is a bit loud. Be careful not to lose or misplace your room ticket, or you won't get your deposit back. It's only 100 pesos, about 5 US dollars.

The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping did a great job. But Eva at reception has a horrible attitude and gives you cara de panocha when you speak to her. She leaves a really bad impression as the first person you see, and I don't think that helps the hotel's reputation. Maybe I'll come back and give Eva my feedback in person. Have a good day.
