Hyatt Place Tijuana

The location is fine, but check-in took far longer than it needed to because the staff were slow and inattentive. The room was clearly poorly kept, and the bedding wasn't up to standard. Parking was the worst part, with cars blocking access and illegally parked all around while staff did nothing.

I've stayed here twice and will be back in August. The staff are so friendly, the service is great, and I feel very safe here. It's great!

There was earplugs in the bathroom, but I didn't understand why until the noise started. Construction next to the hotel went on nonstop, 24 hours a day. I woke up at 1139 pm because of it. They moved me to another room, but it was just as bad. A hotel should let you rest so you can work the next day, and this was a truly terrible experience. I think the customers, all of us, should be compensated for this lack of empathy. We're Hyatt chain customers, but never again with this kind of service.

I was really let down by this Hyatt. I expected a clean room, based on other Hyatt hotels I've stayed in, but it had a faint armpit smell. The couch was covered in stains, and moving the mattress a little showed it hadn't been vacuumed in years. The bed base skirt was stained too.
