Having Sentura mall connected to the hotel made it easy to get there from my room without going outside. The food was great and the room clean. Wifi was a bit too slow for my email, though, and some electrical outlets need replacing. Overall, it was okay.

I was disappointed by the food at Moxaico, the hotel restaurant. It was bland and short on flavor, and the presentation could've been better. With the modern, upscale decor, I expected a more enjoyable meal. The rest of the experience was pleasant. The rooms were clean and modern, and the friendly staff had a helpful, positive attitude.

The room was comfortable otherwise, and the fitness center was good. The staff were friendly, but it was hard to understand them in English. The air conditioning wasn't working, then was "fixed" and started working too hard.

The lobby restaurant served great food, and there are lots of other restaurants nearby, plus a Walmart in case you forgot something. My room was clean and quiet, and the staff were really friendly. It was a great place to stay.

The bed was heavenly and the shower felt therapeutic. I only stayed one night, and it was my first time here. The hotel is lovely and I'd definitely recommend it. I can't speak to the location since I don't know the area. I took a star off for buffet service. The waiter didn't do much and asked for a tip. I guess that's American influence, but tips should be optional and based on the service. He brought me water and didn't refill it. This isn't really about that waiter or this hotel, though, it's about how ridiculous tipping has become.
