I got a fantastic deal, just $17 or 200mxn a night, and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were kind, there's a 24-hour kitchen if you get hungry, and the prices are good. The beds are very firm, and yes, there's AC 🥳. My main complaints were the weak shower pressure and Wi-Fi that kept dropping in my room. If you need Wi-Fi or don't have phone service, you might want to ask for another room.

The hotel was super clean, and the restaurant served great food. Breakfast was an amazing buffet, and there are cheap places to eat nearby if you don't want the restaurant. The gym was a letdown since only a few things worked. It's a bit far from the center, but that suited us because we were adding a few days in Mexico City after already spending a while there. WiFi was strong enough for us to stream Netflix to the TV over HDMI.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I loved the comfortable, accommodating room and the gorgeous view through the window. There was even an art show in the hallway. I really enjoyed staying here.

I've stayed the night here twice now. The welcome is awesome, and it's clean and doesn't feel that old. I did have a problem with room service, but overall it's a good place to stay. I'd rate the experience an 8.
