The welcome felt unprofessional, and the service was horrible. The location was poor, the rooms unpleasant, and nothing about them felt welcoming. You hear conversations and people walking outside through the thin walls. The beds were rock hard, the water freezing, and the bathrooms had a terrible odor. The towels looked old and unwashed, and even the toilet paper rolls were hard. I absolutely would not recommend it.

Mrs. Gloria was a lovely hostess who made us feel at home, and the room had the essentials. It was simple and comfortable without any frills. The hotel sits right across from the main square, with a wonderful view and the main parish church just steps away. Street vendors make disruptive noise early in the morning and can wake you. There’s no hotel parking, so in this central spot you have to leave the car wherever you find room on the street. Also, with the stairs and no elevator, it’s not recommended for older people or those with disabilities.

I’d recommend this place. It’s central, affordable, and the service was excellent. I booked by phone and the person who answered was very kind. They waited for me when I arrived a little late, no problem. The rooms were in good shape. Since it was cold, they lent us a small heater, and we always had hot water. Parking could be a concern, but I left my car on the next street and it was fine.

Everything’s close by since it’s right in the center. The place is comfortable and clean, and having hot water all the time is essential. Parking is limited and not just for hotel guests, but if you’re patient you can usually find a spot within 10-15 minutes.
