We came across this place while walking around the neighborhood and would recommend it. The rooftop terrace is cute, and breakfast is included and very generous. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the hotel felt clean, modern, and stylish. It's right in central Tlaquepaque, an easy short walk from the main square.

The jacuzzi was the part I liked least. It's out on the balcony, so it was dusty, and the water looked yellow when I filled it. The dirt all ended up in the foam. For what it costs, I expected better. The shower's tiny, the bathroom door handle came off, and the mirror was dirty. Honestly, I didn't enjoy the place.

The staff were all really friendly, and I always felt safe during my stay. They explained the room prices clearly and answered my questions with helpful information. Inside, the hotel is beautiful and the location worked perfectly for me, just a block from the market and two blocks from Independencia Avenue. My room was clean and comfortable, and the TV worked well. 💛 I was very satisfied and hope to come back soon.

The building seems relatively new and was in perfect condition throughout. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there's a café on site. I stayed in a standard room, which had a double bed, TV, and bathroom, but no air conditioning, though they did provide a fan. I can't say whether all standard rooms are the same. I didn't see the deluxe room or suite, but reception told me the deluxe has a king-size bed, while the suite has a small terrace or balcony and a bathtub or jacuzzi.
