The rooms are on the small side, but ours had what we needed and we managed fine with our big bags. We were given two access cards, which was a nice touch, and the hotel has two elevators. There was no safe or ironing board in the room. Breakfast was good, though the dining area has few tables and gets crowded near closing time. It would've been nice if someone wiped the leftover mess off the tables. The contact phone line has English-speaking staff. For the price, it's a great hotel, and I'd recommend it if you want to stay near the airport and the artisans street.

The staff really make the place. It's always spotless, and there are plenty of people around to help whenever you need something. Breakfast is filling each day. The meal is mostly the same, admittedly, but the ingredients are fantastic, so there are still ways to vary it. The rooms are simple and laid out sensibly. As someone who travels regularly, I appreciated not losing floor space to things like fancy dressers. We live out of suitcases, so the counter space for our bags was useful, and there was plenty of room in the bathroom for our stuff. I would've liked slightly stronger shower pressure, but others may find it just right. This hotel isn't set up around Americans, so Spanish helps with many staff members. I was lucky to know some and had no trouble. It's about a half-hour to an hour's drive from the main airport depending on traffic. We could get to the main tourist spots easily enough, though having a local driver makes it easier. For 'Muricans used to driving in the U.S., the pace of traffic in this huge city may be, well, terrifying. Mass transit is good and improving, and they're well on their way to putting in bike lanes everywhere. Most people drive or ride motorcycles. I'd call the traffic patterns “glorious chaos”: fun to watch, scary to join until you've got experience.

It's a nice enough hotel, though nothing special. The price is really reasonable, especially if you want to be close to the airport without giving up all the nightlife. We were here for 9 days and definitely needed the laundry service, which you have to sign up for. Nearby there are a grocery store, a bank, a couple of food spots, and some stores for anything else you might need. Free breakfast is offered and looked good, but we never got around to trying it. So many things to do and so little time.

We had a great stay. The area was really quiet, with a few places to eat nearby, and breakfast had some pretty good options. Prices were affordable and customer service was great. I'd strongly recommend the place.

The staff were friendly and helpful, including calling a cab for us. The hotel was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed, and banks, pizza, and a supermarket close by. It's near both the bus station and the airport. Breakfast is free, but we had to leave too early to try it. I'd definitely recommend it.
