Our room was cozy, and the building was lovely, with plants everywhere. On our last evening, after a big narco traffic boss was killed and the Mexican government advised people to stay home, all the restaurants closed. The hotel owner quickly went out to buy food and put together a nice meal for all the guests. That kind of hospitality really makes a difference when you travel. I absolutely recommend this place.

The garden at Kin Ha Hotel Tulum was such a quiet, peaceful spot, even though restaurants and shops in a lively, cozy area were within walking distance. My apartment was very clean and smelled lovely, and the receptionist was so kind and welcoming that I felt at home right away. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

The rooms are lovely and the location is ideal. Gabriella and Carlos at reception were so kind and helpful, sharing lots of information and helping us plan activities before we arrived. There’s also a great inexpensive laundry place just behind the hotel. Highly recommend!

I only got to stay one night, which was a shame. The hotel and room were lovely, especially the rooftop patio, and the staff made us feel very welcome. They even kept our luggage all afternoon after checkout while we went to the ruins in Tulum, just 5-10 minutes away by car. Breakfast was really good too. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Carlos really made the difference in choosing where to stay. He took time to explain the rates, found me a better one than the websites offered, showed me the available rooms so I could pick one, and shared lots of tips about getting around and places to visit. It’s a nice, central little place, close to where things are happening, with clean rooms and a rooftop patio. Festivities nearby could make it a bit noisy if you need quiet to sleep, but I didn’t mind.
