Aldea Zama has just about everything you need within walking distance, and you can have an ATV delivered to Paramar Viva. I rented from The Lagoon Company three times, and Lugal was fantastic to deal with. I stayed in unit 204, managed by GMB, and had an amazing stay. The pool is awesome, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying here in Tulum.

There’s so much to do around here, and plenty of ways to relax too. I stayed in Paramar Viva Unit 204 and was extremely pleased with the apartment, the complex, the staff, and the amenities, as well as everything the area has to offer. Whatever you’re looking for, this place had it. We’ll definitely come back!

I haven’t stayed here yet, but I’m interested in a long-term rental and would like to know if that’s possible. My Spanish isn’t very strong, so could I get a WhatsApp number to text someone? Please help me out!

The infinity pool was the only good thing about this place. Don’t believe these reviews. I don’t know if one person owns the property or several, but the unit I stayed in, number 102, was a complete disaster. They charged my card on the day I arrived instead of at checkout. There was no toilet paper, and they didn’t bring any for eight hours. There were no paper towels either. The toilet barely flushed, and I had to use a plunger to get it to go down. There was no hot water from the first day, then by day three there was no water at all. We had to wash using bottled water in a bowl. The living conditions felt unsafe and unsanitary, so I left early. I kept reporting the problems, but nothing was done.

We were in unit 7 for two weeks. The rooftop pool and gym were good, and the staff were very kind. But the neighborhood is still being built up, with no street lighting, and it's a long way from central Tulum and the beach. Construction inside and around the building made it hard to relax on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. It was quieter after that and on weekends.
